  • 240 ml / 1 tasse de café brassé, froid
  • 170 g / 1 tasse de glaçons
  • 1 mesure de Shakeology saveur Sablés à la cannelle
  • 1 pincée de cannelle moulue

Instructions

  1. Versez le caffé, les glaçons, le Shakeology et la cannelle dans un blender. Couvrez. Mélangez jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange oncteux. Servez immédiatement.
