Ingredientes

  • 240 ml / 1 taza de agua 
  • 170 g / 1 taza de hielo 
  • 1 porción de Shakeology de fresa 
  • 95 g / ½ taza de mango fresco (o congelado), picado 
  • 80 g / ⅓ taza de yogurt griego natural bajo en grasa (2 %)
  • 1 cda. de semillas de chía

Instrucciones

  1. Pon el agua, el hielo, la porción de Shakeology, el mango, el yogurt y las semillas de chía en la licuadora; tápala. Licúa hasta lograr una consistencia suave. Sirve de inmediato.
