Prepárate para darlo todo en el Bike Burnathon, con 15  rides que pondrán a prueba tu capacidad de darlo todo hasta el final mientras desarrollas potencia, mejoras tu resistencia e incineras grasa. Súbete a tu bicicleta BODi Bike y afronta colinas, terrenos, intervalos y retos divertidos que impulsarán tus habilidades sobre la bicicleta y fitness a un nuevo nivel. 

¿Por qué debería probar Bike Burnathon? 

Bike Burnathon es para cualquier persona que esté lista para impulsar sus resultados mientras desarrolla potencia y resistencia con nuestros entrenadores, que contagian inspiración y motivación. Pondrás a prueba tus límites con una amplia variedad de rides enérgicos, con los que quemarás calorías a montones y desarrollarás fuerza y potencia en la parte inferior del cuerpo, sin sobrecargar las articulaciones. Tendrás el control sobre tu nivel de resistencia y tu velocidad, por lo que podrás trabajar según tu nivel de fitness actual. Al final del programa, ¡serás imparable! 

¿Cómo son las rutinas?

Bike Burnathon: HIIT It! 

Acelera tu quema de calorías y desarrolla velocidad y resistencia con una sesión de intervalos de alta intensidad que pondrá a prueba tu concentración y resistencia. Solo son 30 minutos de principio a fin, así que ¡haz HIIT con fuerza y no te contengas! 

Bike Burnathon: Todo terreno (El paso rápido) 

Esta clase comienza igual que nuestros rides populares todoterreno, pero termina con un reto único: “El paso rápido”, una secuencia de ocho intervalos en los que tienes que imaginar que estás pasando al ciclista de enfrente. ¡A triunfar! 

Bike Burnathon: Colinas 

Tus cuádriceps arderán cuando termines esta batalla cuesta arriba. Disfruta el ardor para aumentar tu resistencia, reforzar la parte inferior del cuerpo y quemar grasa. 

Bike Burnathon: Ride rítmico 

Pedalea al ritmo de una playlist con la mejor música para llevar tu fitness a un nivel totalmente nuevo. Este ride lleno de energía y ritmo te recordará lo divertido que puede ser hacer ejercicio. 

Bike Burnathon: Rides en equipo y cronometrados 

En esta divertida clase de cardio de alta intensidad te esperan cuestas empinadas e intervalos sin límites que te harán quemar las piernas y palpitar el corazón. Ajústate los clips y mantén el ritmo mientras tu instructor te reta a superar tus límites y alcanzar un nuevo nivel de fitness.  

Bike Burnathon 30: Colinas (La subida) 

Es hora de ir hacia las colinas. En esta desafiante rutina de cardio, te enfrentarás a un terreno escarpado simulado que culmina en “La subida”, un bloque final de trabajo que te reta a conquistar subidas cada vez más empinadas mientras te esfuerzas por llegar a la meta… y a la gloria. 

Bike Burnathon: Todo terreno (Potencia) 

Siente la adrenalina mientras navegas por diversos paisajes, desde empinadas subidas hasta estimulantes descensos. Y cuando creas que lo has dado todo, prepárate para el reto definitivo: ¡el segmento de potencia! Te esperan tres intervalos intensos, en los que tendrás solo dos minutos para dar rienda suelta a tu fuerza, elevar tu frecuencia cardíaca y encender tu determinación. 

Bike Burnathon: Todo terreno 

Experimenta los beneficios de un ride intenso al aire libre sin tener que salir. Colinas onduladas, sprints rápidos y subidas empinadas y sostenidas harán que termines tu rutina sudando, sin aliento y listo para más. 

Bike Burnathon: HIIT It! (Minuto de locura) 

Asegura los clips y disfruta el ardor mientras recorres una serie de intervalos en tu camino hacia el final del “Minuto de locura”, una serie de intervalos con períodos de trabajo de 60 segundos que te dejarán el corazón palpitando y las endorfinas a tope.
