Qui a dit qu’il fallait s’entraîner tous les jours pour voir des résultats ? Grâce au mini programme 3 Day Split d’Autumn Calabrese, tu peux brûler les graisses et développer tous les muscles de ton corps, ainsi que ton endurance, en seulement 30 à 50 minutes par jour, trois jours par semaine. Au bout de quatre semaines, tu auras l’impression que rien ne pourra plus t’arrêter.

Pourquoi devrais-je essayer 3 Day Split ?

3 Day Split est un mini programme conçu pour les personnes qui veulent voir des résultats sur tout leur corps avec seulement trois séances d’entraînement de 30 à 50 minutes par semaine. Que tu commences à peine le sport ou que tu poursuives un parcours déjà long, le style d’entraînement d’Autumn t’aidera à rester motivé pour effectuer chaque mouvement, transpirer et atteindre tes objectifs.

À quoi ressemblent les séances d’entraînement ?

Durant quatre semaines, tu suivras trois séances d’entraînement hebdomadaires qui t’aideront à obtenir des résultats. Démarrer avec 3 Day Split est facile : tu as seulement besoin d’une paire d’haltères. Autumn te fait travailler l’ensemble du corps avec six types d’entraînement :

  • Développement du haut du corps : Tu te concentreras sur les épaules, les bras, la poitrine et le dos, tout en intégrant des intervalles de récupération de cardio pour optimiser ton développement musculaire et ton endurance.
  • Basecamp : Seuls cinq mouvements et trois séries suffisent pour cibler les muscles fessiers, les ischiojambiers, les quadriceps et les mollets. Prépare-toi, car tu auras le bas du corps en feu !
  • Zoom sur les muscles de devant : Des poids plus lourds font travailler tes muscles frontaux, notamment la poitrine, les biceps et les quadriceps, avant de finir par un dernier exercice pour sculpter tes abdos.
  • Zoom sur les muscles de derrière : Concentre-toi sur l’arrière de ton corps avec des exercices qui se focalisent sur la « chaîne postérieure » pour t’aider à développer de la force, de la puissance et de la stabilité qui se manifesteront au-delà de tes séances d’entraînement.
  • Puissance et définition : Avec ses mouvements combinés, cette séance d’entraînement fait travailler beaucoup de muscles à travers plusieurs articulations pour favoriser la résistance du corps entier et accélérer le métabolisme tout en développant l’ensemble des muscles.
  • Cardio au top : Laisse tes poids pour cette séance de cardio qui n’utilise que le poids du corps. Tu termineras ces deux circuits de cinq mouvements en sueur, avec un grand sourire et plus fort que jamais.
